Who we are?
Hunny Co. provides handcrafted deco services for customers wanting to personalise their gadgets or accessories. As they are handmade every case is 100% unique.

What type of gadgets and accessories can you deco?

  • Cases for Apple products ie. iPhone 3GS/4/4S, iPod Touch, iPad 1/2
  • Cases for most mobile phones ie. Blackberry, HTC, Android, Sony, Samsung, Evo 4G
  • Photo frames & mirrors

Personalised designs
We can create personalised designs according to your requests. We can put assorted sweet theme items, your favourite characters, ribbons, jewelery or just about anything that reflects your personality and makes the case uniquely you! It’s a great way to express yourself!

We have a photo gallery of designs that you can choose or use as a guide for your own style.

How much does it cost to ship and how long does it take?
All shipping is free and we ship internationally. All products will be posted via regular post and packed in protective packaging. A tracking number will be provided on request. Insurance is recommended and available on request at extra cost.

Shipping times will be dependent on your location, public holidays and usually is around 7-12 working business days. Please also take into consideration the time taken into creating a personalised case.

Payments
Paypal is our preferred method of payment and allows Hunny Co. to transact in different currencies. All transactions are handled externally and securely on the Paypal site using 128bit encryption SSL. No financial information is stored on our site.

If Paypal is not suitable please contact us at order@hunnyco.com for alternative arrangements.

Refunds
Unfortunately, refunds are not available for the following reasons

  • if the customer decides to change mind.
  • if the customer is unhappy with the design.
  • if the package is lost during transit. 

Warranty
Cases come with a 6 month warranty. In the event that the product requires a repair due to normal wear and tear, Hunny Co. will happily repair your case. Customers will however be required to pay for all postage costs involved.

Our product
The photos on our website, eBay, Facebook and 3rd party sites should only be used as a representation of layout and design. As each case is handmade, every effort is made to ensure the designs, items and layouts are similar to the photos shown. 

Hunny Co. only provides a deco handcraft service based on customers requests and as such, the items requested by customers are used for decorative purposes only. All deco styles are individual, handcrafted and unique to the customer. No two cases are alike!
